What Causes Sickness, Sore Throat And Fever?

MY FATHER HAS BEEN SICK OVER A MONTH WITH SORE THROAT, COUGH, FEVER. HAS BEEN ON 3 DIFFERENT MEDS JUST HAD XRAYS AND BLOOD TEST NO PNEUMONIA OR PROBLEMS WITH BLOOD TEST AND NO STREP AS OF MONTH AGO HIS DR DOESNT KNOW WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP OR SUGGEST WHICH DIRECTION WE SHOULD GO FROM HERE.

Hello,

Thanks for consulting HCM

Read your query as your father had sore throat with fever dont be worried so much this fever and sickness can be due to throat infection , I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for examination of throat and inmeantime you can give him medicine like Allegra or Azithromycin by consulting with local doctor .
Do warm saline gargle two - three times a day.
