What Causes Sickness, Tremors, Lightheaded Feelings And Stomach Cramps After Menstruation?

Hi, I just finished my period on Thursday (it lasted four days) and it has been 4 days since. I keep feeling sick and shaky. I also am light-headed at times and have had some strange strong stomach cramps. It is very off and on throughout each day, but i definitely notice it.
