What Causes Sickness, Vomiting Up Blood, Excessive Sweating And Nosebleed?

my husband got real sick this weekend....and this is the 3rd time it happens. he was vomiting up blood then just started coughing it up. followed by a nose bleed & perfuse sweating but was complaining he was freezing! then came pain in pressure in the back of his head and his whole body was shaking uncontrollably. he refuses to see a doctor!!!.....could this be a serious life threating condition?

He requires immediate medical attention. Please visit local hospital at the earliest.
Blood can be because of ulcers in stomach which can result in complications.
