What Causes Sickness When Under Stress Along With Leg Tremors?

How do you go about seeing a doctor for possible anxiety/depression? Is a referral needed afterwards as I m concerned about confidentiality because I can t have anyone knowing what s going on (I m also worried that they ll say that there s nothing wrong and that its just me that s abnormal) Symptoms-feel like I m watching myself from above, feel like I m walking like I ve come off a treadmill, physically sick if worried about something/big event like Xmas, leg shaking, feel really low sometimes then will get a small piece of good news and will get overly excited, feel like I m acting but not sure how/when

Oncologist 's  Response
Hello,

Fear, excitement, or stress. Strong emotions can cause a person to shake or shiver. This is often due to a surge of adrenaline in the body. Adrenaline is a hormone that triggers the body's fight-or-flight response.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
