hi
it can be hypotension or because of brahdycardia
get your blood pressure and serum electrolyte measured
some times loss of electrolyte can result in symptoms you are having
a 2d echo should be done to rule out the cardiac functions

however intiallly get your blood pressure and blood sugar checked up ,both hypotension and hypoglycemia can cause feeling of sinking
