What Causes Sinus And Nasal Congestion Along With Tingling In Left Ear?

My symptoms started with sinus congestion, nasal congestion and a tingling in the left ear. I went to the Dr s and was told it was a viral infection. It has now moved to my chest where it hurts to cough and my left ear has a dull, achy, throbbing pain and my temp was 99.8. What should I do?

Hello,
You may have developed bronchitis or an ear infection. Sometimes a viral infection can turn into a more complicated bacterial infection requiring antibiotics. Drink plenty of fluids and see your doctor again to see if you need a course of antibiotics.
