What Causes Sinus Congestion And Distorted Hearing After Using CPAP Machine?

I got a CPAP machine in March. Immediately thereafter, sinuses were congested. Main complaint is ears. They don t hurt, but they feel full, as if they need to pop. Has persisted since March. Hearing anyone else is difficult, but anything I say is terribly loud and distorted. When chewing, all I hear is crunch or chewing rather than anything spoken to me. I find myself having to read lips. I ve had two different rounds of antibiotics (Z-Pack). I need my ears to pop, somehow. Would ve made appointment with ENT months ago, but lost job also in March, and am without insurance currently, so trying to wait until I have insurance again.
