What Causes Sinus Drainage, Internal Fever And Pain In Lower Right Ovary?

I have been struggling with internal fever, sinus drainage, pain in back below rib, and overall malaise. The most urgent issue is pain in lower right ovary. I believe a cyst burst. I saw pink liquid then have been clotting and bleeding heavily for the past 12 hours, 4 days before my cycle was supposed to come on. I have had cysts before, but not the heavy bleeding and other symptoms. I am 38.

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to ovarian cyst.

I suggest to use anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen for the pain.

If the symptoms continue I suggest to do an abdominal ultrasound.

The sinus drainage seem to be related to sinusitis.

I suggest to use a saline spray to relieve the symptoms.

If the symptoms persist,I recommend a cycle of antibiotics.
