HI
Well come to HCM
Low grade fever is not good if this long last and this need to be investigated at earliest, some time this could be due to viral fever or allergic condition and this could only stay there for few days only, and may not need any specific treatment, for the sinusitis if this is bacterial infection then may need antibiotic else this could be al right with symptomatic treatment alone, hope this information helps, take care.
