Hello, Partial sinus headache and not feeling good are suggestive of possible acute viral infection onset. However, the use of birth control pill is also giving the same symptoms. If you feel your nose congested, should use nasal decongestant spray, and take ibuprofen or paracetamol for the pain. The orange/pink mucus discharge is due to severe burn. The severe burn could be due to possible irritation of the genital area most probably fungal infection. You can run vaginal swab test to determine the right diagnosis.
