Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your blood pressure should be checked first. Because hypertension can lead to headache. If congestive symptoms are not present than chances of sinusitis are less. If congestive symptoms are present than PNS X-ray should be done. Sharp shooting pain could be neuralgic pain. For that neurological examination is needed. Take care and consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
