What Causes Sinus Infection Followed By Wheezing And Fever?

I had a sinus infection and was on amoxicillin for 7 days, then developed a wheezing and fever and was put on Levofloxacin. Have taken two doses of that and am still running a consistent 101 fever (have been taking acetaminophen to reduce that). I am wondering if I should go into the ER.

Hi,
It seems that there is spreading infection to lower respiratory tract.
Levofloxacilin is good broad spectrum antibiotic and will be effective against this infection.
Wait for 1-2 days to start its effect.
If require take some broncho dilator like salbutamide for wheezing.
ok and take care.
