Hi,
I understand ytour concern.
You seem to have involvement of ear, nose & throat infection. The head ache & sinus blockage is aftermath of common cold when sinues are blocked due to mucus plug Associated throat pain whole swallowing suggests toncilar inflammation.
If there is no fever, you can try with NSAID inflammatory drug along with anti allergic pills twice a day. do hot saline gargles & take nasal vapor inhailation.. this will bring some relief.
Get ENT specialist's consultation. if he finds infection ( investigations/ clinical assessment ) .. he will advise specific antibiotic with other medication... you will have to take it.
Thanks.
