The information you gave is not enough for complete answer but I will try answer as much as possible. About Echo: traces regurgitation on different valve is quite common finding in healthy adults, there is no harm and nothing to concern About ECG: mild sinus tachycardia can cause anything, even if you worry a little during examination, there can be 103 bpm, for borderline T waves in inferior lead your doctor is sending you for stress test. If you have no symptoms, have no commodities such as diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension there is very low possibility to have heart attack or stroke right now, so I would advise you not to worry. If you are under 40 and don't have heredity of coronary heart disease you have good chances that results of your stress test will come normal.
Hope I could help you
Wish you good health
Regards, Dr. Baghdasaryan
