MY EKG, WHEN ADMITTED TO THE ER FOR GENERAL FAINTNESS, DIZZINESS, ETC. AFTER TREATMENT WITH CHEMO, SHOWED THE FOLLOWING: INDICATION FOR STUDY: N/A Ventricular Rate 101 BPM Atrial Rate 101 BPM P-R Interval 122 ms QRS Duration 96 ms Q-T Interval 354 ms QTC Calculation(Bezet) 459 ms Calculated P Axis 74 degrees Calculated R Axis 37 degrees Calculated T Axis 44 degrees SINUS TACHYCARDIA RIGHT ATRIAL ABNORMALITY INCOMPLETE RIGHT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK BORDERLINE ECG AFTER WAITING FOR MANY HOURS IN THE ER, I CHOSE TO GO HOME DESPITE THEIR RECOMMENDATION FOR ADMISSION. SHOULD I FOLLOW UP ON THIS EKG OR IS IT, IN ITSELF, NOTHING TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT? THANK YOU FOR YOU TIME AND ADVICE.

RBBB is most of the time physiological, or can de reversible also
i suggest you to please visit the cardiologist for thorough evaluation
followed up with ecg & echocardiogram
