What Causes Sinusitis Along With Dizziness And Headache?

I have a chronic sinus infection, I think due to allergies, but for the past year I ve also been experiencing other symptoms, most inconvenient is my loss of balance and dizziness. For the two months, I ve had a constant headache generating from the back of my head and at times if I move in a certain way the pain shoots from my head, down my neck and I can even feel it when I step wrong. I m not sure if all these symptoms are connected, but would like to find out.

Hi;

Your symptoms related with your allergy seems to be irrelevant with your craniocervical symptoms. This constant, radiating pain may be related with cervical hernia or other pathologies irritating nerve roots. I recommend a cervical MRI and a physical examination (full neurologic examination; especially cerebellar tests) and counseling with a neurovascular surgeon.
