What Causes Sinusitis And UTI While Suffering From A Heart Disease?

I am a 61 year old heart disease woman. I just had a sono and Nuclear stress teat and everything was great. I have been very sick lately with ear infection, sinus infection, bronchitis, UTI, and just 2 weeks ago diagnosed with Whooping cough. For the past week I have developed neck pain and stiffness. I also have confusion, disoriented, very fatigue, headache and SOB. I have an appointment with mt pcp. But could you give me any idea what I could have now. My neck pain is so bad it keeps me up all night.

cannot say in your particular case, but generally, people who have a lot of "confusion, disoriented, very fatigue, headache and SOB" cannot ask things on the computer. without an exam, I can only give general information. There can be other infections other than whooping cough like listeria, legionairres, even tuberculosis that have the symptoms and x ray fidnings of whooping cough but are not the same and might not be susceptible to the same treatments. THen there is the 100% of the time issue that infection of the lung causes inflammation regardless of the organism and regardless of how good the antibiotic. Mostly people need an asthma treatment for lung irritation or they stay with lung irritation (cough, wheeze, maybe low oxygen, SOZB, etc.).
