What Causes Sinusitis And Dizziness?
Yes very full sinus in head and soles eyes, my pulse seems high for the last two weeks. Can this be related slightly light headed but no other symptoms . In good shape play tennis etc but haven t for last two weeks. Wondering if heart related or just due to sinus fullness

To rule out sinusitis PNS x ray needs to be done to check sinusitis.
If you have congestive symptoms associated than it could be cold related headache and high pulse for which decogenstent drug like levocetrizine 5 mg OD for five days can be prescribed.
If inflammation more than short term low dose steroid for five days can be prescribed
Auscultation should be done and If needed than EKG investigation planned.
