General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history related to the observation that the left testicle is bigger than the right. There is also mild pain in it.
The most probable causes are:
Orchitis.
Hydrocele
Varicocele
Blockage to the outflow.
Cancer and so on.
I would advise you the following:
Consult an Urologist to get a proper clinical evaluation.
Ultrasonography and color doppler examination to get a confirmed diagnosis and the plan for further treatment.
Tests of blood, urine and semen analysis.
I find this answer helpful
