What Causes Sizzling Squirting Sound In My Head?

I went to the toilet and when i strained a bit too much, I suddenly heard a loud sizzleing noise in my head, also double vision and electric shock feelings in the fingers of my right hand. This happened a few months ago. and I have had slight dizzy spels for a while that come and go, but seem to have almost stopped now. it makes me feel a bit concernd now when I go to the toilet. The sizzleing squerting sound in my head worried me.
