Hello,

As per your case history, you may be having atrophoderma. My treatment advice is -
1. If there is a family history of diabetes and thyroid dysfunction, then get it checked.
2. Apply a tacrolimus 0.03 % ointment twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin e supplement once daily for three months.
If the problem persists, then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
 Dr. Harshit Bhachech
