Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to warts. There are many ways of treatment of warts. Some of the possible treatments are:
1. Prescription-strength wart medications with salicylic acid which work by removing layers of a wart a little bit at a time
2. Cryotherapy which is done at a doctor's office involves applying liquid nitrogen to your wart
3. Laser treatment.
You can consult your dermatologist about these treatments.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
