What Causes Skin Colored Spots On Lips During Pregnancy?

I am pregnant and have noticed these skin colored bumps that appear on the lips . I haven t had sex in 7 months and just now noticing these. My doctor seems to ignore them. I attempted to pop one like a pimple and nothing came out. It bled. Dark purple blood. What does this sound like?

I really appreciate your concern, if the lesion is asymptomatic then just leave it like that only and this would not cause any harm, at the most you can watch the lesion for any changes and this would be very unlikely, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
