What Causes Skin Cuts On The Calf?

I HAVE A SERIES OF HORIZONTAL CUTS/SCRAPES ON MY CALF OF MY LEG. CUTS ARE SHALLOW AND VERY RED WHICH APPEARED TWO DAYS AGO. I DO NOT RECALL AGAIN EXPOSURE WHICH MAY HAVE RESULTED IN THIS CONDITION. I HAVE APPLIED HEALING SALVE, HOWEVER CONDITION HAS SHOWN NO CHANGE,

Hi,

You can apply topical antibiotics like Mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water. If the lesion persist, better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
