Hi
Since you are suddenly noticing a darkening of the skin complexion ,you surely need to be evaluated in detail to rule out hormonal causes of the same .
You should see a nearby endocrinologist who can do various hormonal assays to check the status of thyroid ,adrenals and other hormone glands .
