What Causes Skin Discoloration Around Nose And Mouth?

Hi doc, I have uneven skim tone and its unbelievably darker around my nose and mouth. The dermatologist I consulted prescribed Dr.Teddy s clearzmax and I ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and there are visible differences. All I m wondering is that will there be side effects of this cream? Also are there chances for hyperpigmentaion once I stop using this cream? Also what is the follow up once my skin becomes even. Can u also suggest me a vitiam C tablet?

I really appreciate your concern, one thing you should keep this in mind and that is, if the skin tone is natural one then it can not be alter or changed by any means, only in some disease condition of pigmentation it can be treated, if the given treatment is not benefited then "Hydroquinone cream" can be tried hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
