What Causes Skin Hardening And Bruising On The Foreskin?

Hey, Recently I ve been having an issue with the tissue under the foreskin. I woke up one morning to find almost the entire left side of my foreskin hard like lumb or bruise. My skin looks a bit darker and it s definitely sensitive when I press on my foreskin too much. I also see it larger on the left side because of the swelling. What s more alarming is whenever I get aroused or when I wake up in the morning, the head of the penis is a bit turned to the left (15 degrees or so). It also hurts so I m afraid to have sex or be involved with my gf. I m pretty sure I m clean so I m not sure what else it could be. I m kind of getting scared, especially after reading online on my systems and seeing terms like peyronies disease and cancer come up. Pls help Robb

Hello,

* Acute balanitis through bacterial infection of the prepuce or foreskin, majority ones are being Staphylococcus aureus bug.

* Local cleansing with antiseptic liquid or soap, Prescription of anti-fungal, anti-bacterial medications, Hydration with plenty of liquids, Avoidance of masturbation or sex (if involved)

* Remaining in constant and regular follow up with your doc is a must to cure it best sound way.
