What Causes Skin Inside Vagina To Be White And Itchy?

When i spread my vagina lips you can see that parts of the spongy skin inside the vagina are white. Also im having a mild urge of itchyness down there also. Almost like its about to start itching but doesnt. Im not sure whats going on, maybe you can help me.
