What Causes Skin Peeling On The Scalp After Using Topisal Lotion?

I am using topisal 3% lotion on my scalp as per prescribed by doctor for 3 months once in a day in morning after bath on dry scalp.After 45 days I found that there is some peeling of skin like dandruff flakes On my scalp. So I discontinue this medicine .My doctor is absent now .Then what I will do now.

It is due to contact dermatitis.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief.

If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
