What Causes Skin Prickling Sensation All Over The Body?

I have been experiencing skin pricks all over for about 4 months, subsequent to a bout with influenza and resulting rosacea. They happen everywhere (i.e. eyebrow, toe, finger, arm, back) at any time except at night when I am laying prone in my bed. I have had one occurrence of the pricklies all over after heavy physical work. My skin is clear and clean; no rash ever appears. I have seen my general practitioner and a dermatologist to no avail.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of pricking could be due to allergic condition some time this may be likely in viral infection and this can be managed with antihistamine and best drug would be "Tab Loratadine" three time in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
