What Causes Skin Rashes And Hair Fall In Elderly Women?

My Mother in Law is experiencing a rash on her body as well as losing her hair. She has seen her doctor. However she seems to be getting worse. It started out in one area then seemed to spread to others. Then, her scalp began to get dry & her hair is falling out. Do you know of any conditions that could cause these thinkpgs?

Hair fall issue might be due to nutritional deficiencies/dandruff & skin rashes might be due to allergic dermatitis/contact dermatitis?

I would suggest you start: Rx, Iron +Folic acid supplements. Multivitamin & minerals & Antioxidant supplements.
