Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have skin rashes and tingling sensation in left arm while having hypersomnolence . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, multiple sclerosis or herpes zoster . The symptoms can also occur due to allergic reaction or psychologiscal reasons like stress .I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , arm x-ray along with and physical examination to check tenderness or consistency . Doctor may order antibiotics along with anti inflammatory . For now apply warm compresses thrice a day and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
