General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The most probable diagnosis in this regard is vulvo vaginal infection via yeast, bacteria or other bug which may be transmitted sexually or asexually. Till that time, drink plenty of liquids and avoid sexual intercourse if active in this regard. Strict hygiene care particularly during menses is also vital part of basic care. The prime requirement is a swab culture report with KOH preparation of the slide, so that best bacteriological diagnosis is obtained and due course of therapy is recommended.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
