What Causes Skin Tags At Vaginal Opening After Having Intercourse For First Time?

My boyfriend and I had sex for the first time and he is super thick around. It hurt when he first went in but then I just got used to it. Then we proceeded to have sex 20 more times in 5 days and it hurt a lot and I was super sore after. Then a few days later the pain went down a bit but then I noticed two flaps of skin hanging down where my vagina hole is. They were never there before. Why are they there? Will they go away? Is everything okay?
