What Causes Skipped Heart Beats And Dizziness?

Hi, on the weekend, my heart skipped a beat then I felt dizzy. It went away. I was in church, and I felt fine and drove myself home. I am post menopausal, aged 59 female, and take thyroid medication 50 mcg. and Paxil 10 mlg. I sometimes still have hot flashes. I was just worried because of the dizziness.
