Hello,
To rule out dental issues you should get your dentures examined by a
dentist. Sometimes jaw pain can be due to temporomandibular (TMJ) joint pain. You can take analgesics for relief from the dental issues.
However, since you have a history of
high blood pressure & are having dizziness, confusion, skipping beats, jawline pain & having
shortness of breath, you are suggested to visit a cardiologist & get physically examined.
You will need to go through blood workouts,
lipid profile, X-RAY, ECG,
Echocardiography & stress tests to detect any developing CAD.
Stay away from addictions if any, take homemade food & adequate rest. Exercise regularly.
Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
