hii dear

sleep disorder may result of ill physical health or some psychological problem which is common in Parkinsononly rivotrio 05 mg sometimes does not help much

syndopa is dopamine agonist sometimes it produce talking and other psychological symptoms

so detail evaluation is needed of her mental status whether it is drug induce than dose modification is required

adding lorazepam 2 mg at night will help her to take sound sleep

urinary incontinence is part of weakness in detrusar muscle and sphincter mostly due to age or some organically in brain

detail report is must that include blood, urine and MRI

so consult a doctors and take his valuable advice
support her
hope for best
thank you
