I am 24 year old male, 150 lbs 5'8". Athletic (I go to the gym and play soccer on a regular basis). Never had any chronic illnesses and neither am I on any medications. I did smoke Marijuana (chronically, but have stopped about more than a month ago). I smoke cigarettes.
My problem is that I am always tired. I feel like I don't get enough sleep at night and I have a hard time sleeping in the first place. My heart always beats fast, especially when I wake up in the morning. My eyes are always low and I look tired with dark circles. I feel lazy and don't want to do anything. I eat 1 full big meal in the evening, with a light cereal breakfast and green tea, and a milk protein mass gainer at noon after the gym. I only feel myself after going to the gym. Why am I having sleep problems doctor? Please help me. Thank you.
P.S. I know it's not related to the Marijuana, because even before I smoked it was the same deal.
