Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I can understand your query and I am trying to give you some more information regarding to your symptoms.
Elevated heart rate, insomnia might be symptoms caused by an overproduction of the thyroid hormones, but it always should be confirmed by laboratory examinations.
An elevated FT4 and FT3 and a low TSH level confirm the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism and than the treatment should be started.
These are symptoms of an anxious or stressful situation too, that is why the diagnosis should be confirmed first.
Hope the information is helpful.

Kind regards,
Dr.M.guni
