Sleeplessness along with body pain is indicative of insomnia due to pain. The cause of such symptoms are medical conditions like
chronic pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, nerve damage, shingles,
osteoarthritis, RA, Shingles, MS,
neuropathic pain, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined, get all required tests and investigations done so that the pathology causing symptoms can be treated at the earliest.
Taking pain relieving medications after food will help to sleep better. Sleep hygiene like dim lights, comfortable bedding, avoiding coffee, nicotine, alcohol, large meals at night will help better sleep.
Physical therapy, exercises,
massage therapy, relaxing techniques are also helpful. Get connected to a Physical therapist.
