What Causes Sleeplessness Along With Dizziness And Disturbed Vision?

i barely sleep, maybe 2-3 hours a day total for a few months now. sometimes i can t remember what basic simple every day things are called. i can be on the computer and my eyes will go completely black for a while but my eyes are open and i i m not really consious at that moment but noone notices cause my eyes are open they assume i m reading i guess. i feel like something is popping in my head on multiple occasions threw out the day and i get a 5 sec moment of dizziness then it fades off slowly. my eyes see double even though my glasses are on and when i shake my head hard it fades as well. coffee and energy drinks/shots make me stay awake for only 30 mins even the 5 hr ones. and if i sleep for over 3 hrs i m completely exausted and can t think the rest of the day. i keep hearing a doorbell ring but theres never any one there. i get sharp pains in the back of my eyes on the inside part in my scull.
