What Causes Sleeplessness And Dry Mouth After Having Non Penetrative Sex?

Hi, I'm a male and got in contact with a woman via internet. We met at her place and I gave her a massage. We had some foreplay and my penis touched her vagina. It didn't go inside but there was contact. Should I worry about HIV infection. We are 6 weeks later and had some difficulties to sleep (maybe stress), I had 1 night that I was sweating (maybe possible also because it was the 1st warm day and still sheets for the winter on the bed and the heather on) and 1 day that I had a very dry mouth. 5 days later I had a dry mout again. I'm very scared.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

So sorry to hear about your problem and will try my level best to resolve it..

As per your complain as you had a difficult extraction and also there is continuous pain without any left over dental problems and also no fracture then the most probable cause seems in this case to be nerve related pain as the branch of inferior dental nerve lies in close location with lower molar teeth and at times can get traumatized during extraction.
So consult either an Oral Surgeon or a Neurophysician and get evaluated and an MRI SCAN can be diagnostic and you will be treated with neurotic painkillers like Gabapentin, Carbamazepine etc..
As of now if pain is severe you can take higher painkillers like Ketorolac or TRAMADOL..

Any further questions are welcome..

Regards..
