What Causes Sleeplessness And Lack Of Appetite In A Diabetic Person?

I have been having trouble sleeping and I havnt been feeling hungry. I have to force myself to eat and when i do i feel sick after eating a very small amount. This is a problem because i have type 1 diabetes which means i need to eat. And I crave certain foods. Im not sure what is wrong but i need answers. Please help me.

Possible causes like metabolic encephalopathy must be ruled out. Consult a neurologist and he will direct you accordingly.
