What Causes Sleeplessness And Muscle Aches All Over The Body?

Hi, my mother for the last month or has had body (mucle and internally) pains and aches all over, she is also feeling very tired physically and mentally yet finds it hard to sleep, she has frequent headeaches and tempreture but shows no other signs of flu or cold. She is in her 40's. We are all a bit worried and want to know what could have caused it and how to stop it.
