What Causes Sleeplessness?

i rarely sleep, most weeks, i will pull 2 or 3 all nighters and other nights i will stay up till 3 and wake up at 11 or 12 missing school, sometimes during the i will be so tired, it feels my vision blurs and i cant hold my eye lids up, i just cant sleep. what should i do

Hi thanks for asking question.
You have not healthy sleep habits.you have mentioned that you wake up still 3 at night.
Go to your bed before 12 at night.avoid late night party regularly.
Eat at least 2 hour before going to sleep.
Take milk at night.
Regularly in morning or evening do regular exercise.
Take somewhat heavy meal at night.
Avoid stress and smoking.
Alcohol intake should be minimal.
With these measure you will surely have sleep.
For short term use zolpidem can be taken.
