What Causes Sleeplessness?

Hi my names Anthony. I'm 22 years old and I have a hard time falling a sleep at night it's been like this for afew weeks now. I sometimes fall asleep around 5-7am but most nights I can't sleep and to be honest I need a good nights sleep. What can I do.

You have to follow sleep hygiene.
like

Fix sleep schedule and stick on it.
No day time sleep.
Avoid alcohol and drinking.
Avoid tea coffee soft drink before sleep.

light food in dinner.
Avoid watching tv in late night.
cool and calm bed room.

Exercise that make you fatigue.
Meditations and relaxations.
Stress free work and activities.
Enjoy hobbies.


Use bed only when you sleepy.
read boring book while you sleep.
music can help.

besides this i prefer medicines like benzodiazapine or zolpidam in my patiebt but after proper evaluation.

If needed then consult psychiatrist.
