What Causes Sleepy Arms And Chest?

my arms get sleepy and some time my chest . I also get very sleepy at night where I just crash . like pass out then there are other night where its hard to stay aleep. I took only half a sleeping pill and I sleep so good that I wet the bed . I was very surprised .

I read your query and understand your concerns.

I think there is need to look for other reasons as there is no condition switch causes selective sleep for different part of body. In reality it is either sleep or no sleep. Secondly I feel you still need to lower down your sleep medicine. I am not aware what dose and what medicine you are taking but keep it as minimum as possible.
