What Causes Slight Bleeding Discharge Continuously After Contraceptive Pill Cessation?

hello. I am a 21 year old female. I am on the contraceptive pill and took it for 3months without a break. I then stoped taken it and waited for my monthly cycle which took a few weeks to start. When it did, it lasted about 7days. However since i have experiance slight bleeding everyday. Its not red but more like brown discharge. This has been going on for 4weeks and was just wondering when it will stop. I have since started taken my pill again. I have a history of very iregular periods.
