Hello
It seems from the history that you are having pain in the eye brow area with watering. These symptoms indicate inflammation of the eye or surrounding structures like sinuses. If you are not having any visual symptoms or inflammatory symptoms of eye like redness then it is most commonly because of inflammation of the surrounding structures like sinuses.
Watering can be because of reflex stimulation of the tears.
Hence your neurologist is correct in ordering for scan of the paranasal sinuses.

Thank you
