What Causes Slight Deflation And Pain In Right Testicle?

my right testicle feels a little deflated. I have been having some issues and pain lately and at first believed it to be just something that aggrevated it. Poor posture or trapping in the crotch of trousers when slouching. Im a little paranoid about it, so I checked frquently...and just tonight noticed that winin 1 hour, the testicle feels smaller and softer than it normally does.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Retractile testicles are caused by a normal reflex in males, where a muscle contraction causes the testicle to pull back from the scrotum.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
